WE ARE HIRING FOR SUMMER 2017!

Want the dream job?  We’re currently hiring instructors, scheduling coordinator(s) and a general manager for the summer season of 2017.  You’ll need to be a very experienced surfer (surfing experience is not as important for the scheduling position) and swimmer, fun, friendly, sociable, organized, good at taking lead, showing initiative, working hard and using good ol’ common sense.  Good with being on time (early), prepared to work 5 mornings/week, and prepared to take CPR/First Aid courses (if you’re not already certified).  This is the dream summer job working in the ocean in beautiful Wrightsville Beach, NC.  We are a small business; a family of mostly local instructors who know this area like the back of our hands.  We our proud of our work and our home.  The fulfillment gained through teaching private surf lessons rather than large camps is hard to describe:  you’ll build a relationship with every single client and watch their surfing skills develop over the lesson(s).  By the following summer you’ll be teaching a lesson and see that ol’ client out surfing and enjoying the ocean as much as you do!  If you love this feeling of seeing success in your instruction, we’d love to meet you and see if you’re fit for the job!  Assuming you’re fit for the job, we pay very well relative to the industry standard.  We also have great opportunities for those ready to take lead!  Email me at:  [email protected] if you’re interested please.
