Learn with Wrightsville Beach, NC’s finest surf instructors! The 1.5 hour private surf lesson is our specialty and Wrightsville Beach, NC’s finest. Whether this is your first lesson, a big group lesson or even an advanced lesson; we think 1.5 hours is the perfect amount of time! We’ve found that it suits the vast majority of our customers best. Our private surf lessons are great for one student all the way up to a group of 15 students! Choose between our 1 student:1 instructor or 2 student:1 instructor ratio. Location

Your surf lesson will take place at 625 South Lumina Ave. Wrightsville Beach, NC, aka BEACH ACCESS #36 or Crystal Pier. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find adequate parking. After parking, walk across to meet your instructors at the entrance path to Beach Access #36; they’ll be wearing Sean’s Private Surf Instruction T-shirts with surfboards in hand!

What to Bring

We suggest bringing water, a light snack (optional), sunscreen, a towel and a warm change of clothes! We provide the surfboard and a wetsuit (if needed due to water temperature).

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for surf lesson cancellations with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded, payments will be kept as a credit which can be used any time within the calendar year. No shows will not be refunded. Canceling less than 30 minutes before lesson start time is considered a ‘no show’. Full refund will be issued in case of operator cancellation due to foul weather and/or poor surf conditions.
